David Licary
President
Has over 33 years of experience in the financial industry. More specifically he has focused his career on retirement planning. He was a member of the US Army National Guard for 6 years & honorably discharged in1994. David has also earned his designation of Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) in 2016 and Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA) in 2023 as he specializes in Retirement Planning. In his free time, he enjoys hunting pheasants with his dog Wrigley. He loves to compete and has completed 2 full distance Ironman’s & 6 half Ironman’s. Most recently he completed the ultimate bike race, Race Across America. He led his team of 4 from Oceanside California to Annapolis Maryland in 7 days 14 hours. David and his wife, Lisa have been married for over 33 years and have three adult children.
Lisa Licary
Vice President
Lisa is Vice President at Strategic Wealth Management. She has a BS in Public Health Education from UW-Lacrosse. Lisa and her husband, David, have been married for over 33 years and have 3 adult children. Lisa has felt so lucky and blessed to have been able to stay at home and raise 3 wonderful kids. In her spare time, Lisa likes to bike, swim, run, kayak, and hike with her dog, Wrigley. She has completed 2 full distance (140.6 mile) Ironman triathlons and several 70.3 distance Ironman triathlon races and has her Black Belt in Karate. She loves spending time in Arizona hiking and climbing mountains.
Maxwell Licary
Investment Advisor
Starting his financial career at Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee, he has now become an independent agent and joined Strategic Wealth Management with his father David. Maxwell has been in the industry since 2021. Maxwell served for 6 Years in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a Cavalry Scout. He started in the corporate world being a Buyer for Colder’s Furniture and Appliances. Maxwell has been married to his wife Kaleigh since 2022. In Maxwell’s free time he loves spending time with his wife, Kaleigh, and bicycling. Maxwell has two cats as well, Walter and Kane, both named after great Chicago athletes.
Kimberly Zak
Operations Manager
Kimberly is the Operations Manager at SWM and works to improve business processes. Kimberly is passionate about efficiency and organization, while bringing an upbeat attitude to the SWM team. Kimberly has a BS in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining SWM, Kimberly has over 25 years of customer service, sales, and training experience. Kimberly has been married to Chris for 20 years and they have two children, Adam and Kate. Kimberly enjoys playing pickleball in her spare time.
Deana Brescia
Customer Care Specialist
Deana is the Customer Care Specialist at Strategic Wealth Management. Deana loves taking care of the clients by providing support and information, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuing client satisfaction. Before joining the Strategic Wealth Management team, Deana worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years, including restaurants, medical offices and insurance companies. In her spare time, Deana likes to try new restaurants, soak up the sun, and enjoys any activity outside.
